"Just didn’t feel worth the price"
My gut feeling after trying it was that the quality just didn’t match what I paid. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected a lot more.

"Return was a total hassle"

"I saw all these big sale prices, but..."
I saw all these big sale prices, but then I looked around and found the same item cheaper somewhere else. So I was kind of confused, because it made the discount feel a little fake. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just don’t really know if I’d trust the sale prices.

"Online stock wasn’t accurate"
I was browsing thedump.com and found a couch I really liked. The site said it was available but when I went to order it it turned out not to be in stock. I ran into the same thing with a couple other items too. The prices seemed decent but the inventory felt unreliable. I just wish the website showed what they actually have...

"Not as good as my past visits"
I’ve shopped here before and had a much better experience, so this visit was disappointing. I felt like I was wandering around forever without anyone offering to help. The prices were hard to figure out, checkout took longer than it should have, and the store just felt messy overall. the whole trip was more frustrating than anything

"Pretty frustrating site to use"
The site was kind of annoying. I had a hard time finding what I needed, and the pages took forever to load. It felt like I was stuck waiting in a queue the whole time just to get basic stuff done.

"My sofa showed up in the wrong color"
I ordered a sofa in one specific color, and when it arrived, it was a completely different one. The weirdest part is that the paperwork attached to the delivery actually showed the correct color I picked, right there in black and white, so I have no idea where things went off track. I even double-checked the little order details and fabric name because I thought maybe I was missing something. Customer service took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, they basically just told me to wait. Frustrating when you’re spending this much money and something as basic as the color can’t be matched to the order.

"I bought a sofa here and at first..."
I bought a sofa here and at first I was like, okay, this looks decent. But after using it for a bit, I’m just not happy with it. The fabric started wearing down way faster than I expected, and the cushions already feel cheap and kind of uneven. For what I paid, I really thought it would hold up better. Disappointing

I ordered from The Dump and the item itself ended up being fine, but the whole update process was frustrating. The website would say one thing, but then I’d be left wondering if that was actually the latest info because I wasn’t getting clear delivery updates. I had to keep checking on it myself, and when I reached out, replies took longer than I expected. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if they just sent a quick update here and there instead of making me chase everything down.

"Delivery crew was so unprofessional"
The delivery guys showed up already looking annoyed, like delivering the couch was the biggest inconvenience in the world. They barely said hello, complained the whole time about carrying it, and then just left the packaging all over my porch like that’s somehow normal now.
One of them kept making little smart comments when I asked them to be careful near the wall, which made the whole thing worse. I get that things happen, but customer service everywhere feels like this lately. The attitude was the main issue, and I definitely won’t be ordering again.

"Felt ignored by the sales staff"
I stopped in because I needed some basic help, nothing complicated, but I didn’t really feel like anyone wanted to deal with me.

I asked a couple of questions and the answers were really short, almost like I was interrupting them, or, I guess, bothering them is the better way to put it.
Maybe I caught them on an off day, but it still didn’t feel great. I ended up leaving without buying anything because I never felt like anyone was actually trying to help

"Not the smoothest delivery experience"
I ordered this thinking it would be a straightforward delivery, and for the most part I was just waiting around and checking for updates here and there. The item itself was fine once it arrived, but the timing was kind of frustrating because it didn’t show up when expected and there wasn’t really any helpful update along the way

"Warranty plan felt like a total waste"
I bought the warranty thinking it would actually help if something went wrong, but it just didn’t. Every time I tried to use it, there was some reason it wasn’t covered. Left me frustrated and feeling like I paid extra for nothing.

"Customer service was really slow to respond"
I waited several days to get help and still didn’t really get a clear answer. I’ve dealt with customer support from other companies before and usually at least get some kind of update, so this was frustrating

Delivery got here on time, so that was fine... but the table had scratches and one corner was chipped right out of the box. For the price, I was expecting better!
